1. Return Window | 退貨期限
We accept returns within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. The delivery date is determined by the carrier's delivery confirmation. Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions described in the "Eligibility Conditions" section below.

2. Eligibility Conditions | 退貨資格條件
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met: (a) the item must be unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging; (b) the item must be in the same condition as when you received it; (c) the item must include all original packaging, labels, and accessories; (d) you must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt); and (e) the return must be initiated within the 30-day return window. Items that have been opened, partially used, or show signs of tampering will not be accepted for return.

The following items are not eligible for return: (a) opened or used dietary supplements (for health and safety reasons); (b) items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase; (c) free promotional items or gifts; (d) items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper storage; and (e) items without proof of purchase from our website.

4. How to Initiate a Return | 如何辦理退貨
To initiate a return, please follow these steps: (1) Contact our customer service team at service@puritantw.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return; (2) Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number; (3) Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization number; (4) Ship the item(s) to the return address provided. Please do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense.

5. Return Shipping Costs | 退貨運費
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return process. The original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

6. Refund Processing | 退款處理
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note: (a) the refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned item(s), minus any applicable restocking fees; (b) original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error); (c) the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer; and (d) any rewards points earned on the original purchase may be deducted from your points balance.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@puritantw.com with: (a) your order number; (b) a description of the damage or defect; and (c) clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund including original shipping fees. In some cases, we may not require you to return the damaged item. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
